The Team
Leo. One of the most extroverted people you will ever meet. Hopeless romantic, always. Front row at live shows. Michelin-starred fan. Passport always ready. Fearless negotiator and the most non-emotionally involved person in the room when you need me to be. Recovering perfectionist. High heels and a red lipstick girlie. Your future #1 super fan.
I love love. Like really love love. I love the meeting. The awkward first conversation. The tension before you know if it’s going somewhere. The build. The moment it clicks. That exhale when you realize, oh. It’s you. It’s been you all along.
I’ve always been obsessed with the full arc of it all. Not just the wedding day, but everything that leads to finding your person. I believe everyone deserves their happily ever after. Not the fairytale version. The real one. The one built on actual hard work. Late-night conversations. Uncomfortable growth. Choosing each other even when it would be easier not to.
If you have dinner with me, you will quickly learn that I can quote every rom com I’ve ever loved, that I know every Noah and Allie line in The Notebook by heart, and that I cry at vows. You’ll also learn that I color-code spreadsheets. It won’t take long before you pick up that I am extremely Type A. Pragmatic. Detail-obsessed. I love structure. I love clarity. I love when a plan comes together exactly as intended. And when it doesn’t? I pivot. Fast. Agile by nature and wired to solve problems before most people even see them coming.
Born in Vietnam, raised in the Bay, and based in Orange County by my mom and my bà ngoại, I grew up watching love expressed in action. Sacrifice. Discipline. Showing up every single day. At home, I spoke in Vietnamese. At school, English. Reading a room, navigating expectations, holding space between generations became second nature before I even had words for it.
That instinct became my superpower. And it shapes everything I do.
At USC’s Annenberg School of Communication, storytelling sharpened into strategy. As a Wallis Annenberg Scholar and the first in my family to graduate college, ambition carried weight. Success was never just personal. The women who came before me did not sacrifice everything so I could play small. By day, I oversee multimillion dollar drug launches and national healthcare campaigns. High stakes. Tight timelines. No room for error. Complexity does not intimidate me. It energizes me.
But weddings for me were never just a side project. They were where structure met sentiment.
The Wedding Planner Who Thinks Like a Producer
Over the last decade, more than 400 events across four continents have taught me one thing. A wedding is production. Vision. Timing. Contingency. Flow. Nothing is accidental.
I move seamlessly between modern elegance and cultural reverence. Vietnamese tea ceremonies that honor tradition without feeling dated. Ballroom receptions that feel immersive but never chaotic. Destination weekends that feel effortless even when the logistics are anything but. Every celebration designed to feel inevitable, as if it could not have unfolded any other way. Fluent in Vietnamese and English, I understand what is being said and what is not being said. When parents need reassurance. When couples need protection. When expectations need balance. For multicultural families especially, clarity and composure keep everything moving forward.
On wedding day, instinct takes over. Timeline in one hand. Microphone in the other. Reading energy. Adjusting in real time. Solving problems before they ripple. And yes, sometimes all of that happens in a hot pink suit. Motherhood did not slow me down. It sharpened me. No one moves faster, thinks clearer, or executes harder than a mom on a mission. It is not a limitation. It is leverage. Weddings are not just beautiful days. They are markers in a family’s history. Cultural preservation in motion. The beginning of a legacy. The best ones are not just pretty. They are precise. They are personal. They are protected.
From West Coast to wherever love calls next, my mission is simple. To produce the greatest wedding your family & friends have ever seen. Consider it done.
Catch Me On My Day Off
Ask my friends and they’ll tell you no one throws a party like I do. Ask my son and he’ll tell you his mom has already taken him to more countries than most adults. I love live music. Long candlelit dinners with my small circle. Showing up fully everywhere I go. I am exactly who you think I am. I love to dress up. I love beautiful things.
And as much as I love the pace, I love the pause just as much. When I’m present, I’m fully present. I never forget to stop and smell the roses. I’m also the girl who romanticizes everything. Matcha in the quiet before my baby wakes up. A playlist for every mood. Silk PJs on a random Tuesday. Ordinary moments dressed up like they matter. Because they do.

My two cents…
I firmly believe that people can be multidimensional, unapologetically impressive, results-driven, and still be empathetic, vibrant, and empowering. Just as I am a daughter, sister, partner, friend, colleague, I am equally a mastermind, do-er, strategist, and speaker who finds inspos through telling real-life stories – be it socially, creatively, professionally, or personally.
Q&A Series
What have been some of your career highlights?
Traveling to the South of France for my first destination wedding, planning a wedding at the Ritz Carlton resort, and being in the same room as Stan Lee, Ellen Degeneres, Chris Pratt, Mila Kunis, Kim Kardashian, Katy Perry, Lady Gaga, and Michael B. Jordan.
What is the coolest thing you've ever done?
I've stood next to Nick Jonas at the 2018 MTV Movie & Television Awards.
After a challenging day, week, or month, what keeps you motivated?
I am a lifelong learner, and much of my motivation comes from the places I've traveled, the people I've met, the podcasts I've listened to, and the books I've read.
What advice would you give to someone who wants to follow in your footsteps?
I grew up very far from the life I'm leading today. From an outsider's perspective, it might seem like my life is all glitz and glam. But let me tell you, juggling a full-time gig in the healthcare realm while also playing quarterback for brides and grooms can get pretty tricky. Pre-pandemic, I was always on the go. One golden strategy that's been my saving grace is setting up solid boundaries between my career and some well-deserved downtime. On the rare weekend when I have time off, I do not take client calls/meetings to be present with my loved ones.
Now, when I'm in my groove, I'll confess—I become a detail-obsessed maestro. Every aspect, whether it's big or small, gets my full attention. Let me tell you, pulling off a shindig that oozes class, unleashes fun, and radiates extravagance takes heaps of meticulous planning.
What's the party you're most pleased to have planned?
I flew all the way to the South of France and planned the most beautiful summer wedding with an oceanfront view in a private villa!
What's the best part about your job?
I can rave about my clients for hours. I am deeply fortunate to work with the kindest, considerate, and most generous clients. To this day, I still get invited to baby showers, family reunions, birthday parties. I like to hang their holiday cards on my fridge as they are now an extension of me.
Which famous wedding in history would you have most liked to be a part of?
So many! Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's, Justin and Hailey Bieber, and of course, Chuck Bass’s recent wedding!
Any other fun facts you’d like to share?
I am a proud Bay Area native, TEDx speaker, alum of Delta Phi Kappa sorority, and at USC I was the Vice President of Communication of the USC’s Asian Greek Council.
