One of the biggest challenges of planning your wedding is visualizing what the day will look like. At your consultation, we will discuss in details your overall vision, the day-of/month-of coordination, planning strategy, and execution. I like to be prepared so not even the smallest details will be overlooked or unplanned.

Part of what I do allows me to be your main liaison and point-of-contact on your wedding day. Of course, I understand that every event is different so I maintain a flexible approach to meet your specific needs. As with any relationships or partnerships, communication is key. Securing Your Wedding Date & Booking Details

  • All quotes provided to you at our consultation are all-inclusive and final.

  • I am booking events up to two years in advance. In order to secure your desired wedding date, a 50% booking deposit is due at the beginning of our contract period and a 75% deposit is due for all travel and destination packages.

DIAMOND BILINGUAL MC PACKAGE

This package is a tailored affair perfect for the couple who is looking for a fluent bilingual Vietnamese and English speaking host who can talk the talk and walk the walk while respecting family traditions and culture.

  • 3 Meetings: An initial consultation, a final planning appointment with the Bride & Groom, and day-of reception hosting

  • Emcees your entire evening reception, delivers a welcome message, special announcements, and facilitates all toasts, surprise performances, and etc.

  • Full development of your wedding reception timeline and creation of a custom emcee script tailored to you (English and Vietnamese)

  • Facilitation of all scheduled games, speeches, and day-of activities with respective guests

  • Coordination of wedding party line-up prior to the grand entrance

  • Cue all DJ, house band, singer, photographer, and videographer before the first dance, cake cutting, toasts, and etc.

  • Coordination with all vendors and venue staff to ensure strong communication during your evening reception

MASTERMIND DAY/MONTH-OF MANAGEMENT PACKAGE

This package is designed for the ultimate couple who have completed their planning and is looking for a committed professional who can orchestrate any event from inception to completion. This is for the bride and groom who have already selected their venue, hired most of their vendors, and have all of their event design and decor styling down.

  • 4 Meetings: an initial virtual consultation, planning appointment/venue walk-through, a final phone meeting, wedding day execution

  • Full day-of management and leads on-site execution from start to finish to coordinate the logistics and all the finer details, which includes your ceremony and reception

  • Our overall planning process will begin 4 to 6 weeks before your wedding day - this will allow you to have more input from a professional coordinator to help lessen the number of planning pitfalls and increase overall event success

  • Create and document all hired vendor contacts, bridal party information, and important family members

  • Review all arrangement of a floor plan, seating arrangements, and special requests previously made with the venue coordinator

  • Oversee everything on your wedding day from vendor commitments and your master timeline to handling last-minute changes and executing your vision on-site

  • Creation of a detailed wedding day master timeline for all your vendors to know when everything is happening down to the minute

  • Lining up and guiding your wedding party for the ceremony processional and the evening grand entrance

  • Review seating arrangements, banquet event order provided by catering and the venue, etiquette, event flow, mood, realistic timing, atmosphere, and more

  • Finalize day-of needs (such as your various details, final payments due and gratuity distribution as needed)

  • A finalized master timeline, floor plan, and final event details will be distributed to all vendors a week before your wedding day

  • Confirm vendor’s contracted arrival, departure time along with confirming the venue’s policy for setup and teardown

  • Arrangement for all of your personal items to be packed up and given to a designated family member, room, and/or vehicle

  • Provides assistance and expertise to you and your family and accommodate with any last-minute changes

  • Logistically focused, I will confirm everything from vendor selections while coordinate every detailed involved, from load-in, set-up, clean-up, and load-out

This package is designed for the lovely couple who wants to take a more built-it-yourself approach and an a la carte wedding is much more personalized.
