In 2015, I had an unexpected awakening that eventually caused me to shift my perspective on life seismically and career choice (which up until then included stints as an actor, model, and executive assistant, among other things). I began my journey, assisting every type of vendor you could imagine. While the jobs weren't glamorous, connecting with brilliant veterans at what they do was a formative experience for me. I learned speedily how a photographer captures the perfect lighting, how a DJ sets up speaker systems outdoors, and how each vendor prioritizes their time and handles themselves under pressure. More importantly, I saw how talented professionals navigate every level of event production.

Earlier in my career, I started thinking about what it means to add value to this industry. I felt like something or, in this case, someone was missing: a host who genuinely cares about a couple's story isn't a stranger to authenticity, kindness, and connection and can capture a love story in the purest form. A true disruptor in the world of weddings, I possess a firm conviction for bringing human stories to life. Finding a coordinator and an MC is beyond hiring a professional vendor who handles your day's minor details. It's ultimately about finding a trusted bestie with razor-sharp instincts, almost implausible attention to detail, and executing a production that is nothing short of perfection. Based in Orange County, I specialize in multicultural weddings, specifically Vietnamese weddings. While my energy always comes readily, don't be mistaken - my mission is 75% business and 100% good time. My core value prop is to nail every event with the juxtaposition of elegance and modern sophistication by approaching every celebration with singular ideas, refinement, and refined craftsmanship. What makes my role extremely unique is that I am a host and a coordinator, which means I'm not wholly focused on just entertaining but also providing guests with an experience that will awaken their five senses (aroma, textures, taste, sight, and sound), no matter the size of their event.

To create a beautiful foundation, our journey begins with a 1:1 consultation to see how we can curate an extraordinary celebration uniquely tailored for you! This discovery call is crucial since we only invest in a limited number of events annually.

Having a trusted pro by your side from start to finish will save you time, headache, and sanity! Your creative vision is my vow, and my goal is to answer any general and formal questions you may have before you take the leap of faith. We’ll discuss your vision, my services, planning strategy, execution, and more!
no. 03 Personalize Proposal
With your vision in mind, I’ll create a custom proposal with a quote for my services that will fit your timeline, style, and budget. An agreement and an invoice for the retainer to seal the deal will be sent to you.
WEDDING EVENT DAY/MONTH-OF COORDINATION
Planning your wedding isn't easy. You have enough to worry about - choosing the right vendors, picking a color palette, tracking your budget- the list's endless. The last thing you need to be doing is DIYing your wedding. My secret sauce is this: I take my time getting to know you, what you like, what you don't care for, and everything in-between.
Length of Partnership
Our overall planning process will begin 6 weeks before your wedding day - this will allow you to have more input from a professional coordinator to help lessen the number of planning pitfalls and increase overall event success. We will hold 4 meetings: an initial consultation, a planning appointment, an on-site venue walk-through, and a final details meeting.
What’s Included:
✓ Full day-of management and on-site execution from start to finish to coordinate the logistics and all the finer details, which includes your ceremony and reception (up to 7-8 hours of service on the day of the wedding - does not include set up and breakdown)
✓ Documentation of vendors' arrival and departure times, wedding party information, and confirm the venue's policy for setup and tear-down
✓ Complete access to a detailed checklist, custom packing list, seating arrangement, guest list, exclusive vendor referrals, resource hub, etc.
✓ Review all arrangements of a floor plan, seating arrangements, banquet event order provided by catering, venue etiquette, event flow, mood, realistic timing, atmosphere, and more
✓ Setting up your party favors, place cards, guest sign-in table, and specialty items
✓ Full vendor management one month out and oversee everything from vendor commitments and your master timeline to handling last-minute changes and arranging for all of your personal items to be packed up and given to a designated family member, room, and vehicle
✓ Creation and distribution of a detailed wedding day master timeline for all your vendors to know when everything is happening down to the minute
✓ Lining up and guiding your wedding party for the ceremony processional and the reception's grand entrance
✓ Finalizing day-of needs (such as placement of all your decor, final payments, and gratuity distribution as needed)
✓ Providing wedding etiquette advice and best practices as well as assistance and expertise to you and your family and accommodating any last-minute changes
✓ Logistically focused, I will confirm everything from vendor selections while coordinating every detail involved, from load-in, setup, clean-up, and load-out

LICENSED CEREMONY OFFICIANT & BILINGUAL RECEPTION MC
What to Look for
When choosing your ceremony officiant or MC, the most important thing to remember is the delicate dance between finding someone who can resonate with your guests and simultaneously being grounded in family values, culture, and tradition. My approach to emceeing your reception is unlike any other, as my storytelling style is unique and personal. You'll have a tailored evening affair with a fluent bilingual Vietnamese and English-speaking host who will serve as an extension of you.

Who You’ll Get
Your ceremony will be delivered beautifully in English, and your entire evening reception will be delivered in English and Vietnamese. I'll also be delivering the welcome message and special announcements and facilitating all toasts, surprise performances, games, speeches, and activities with respective guests. Plus, you'll have someone who can line up the wedding party before the grand entrance, cue every important vendor before important formality, and host an engaging and timely reception!

✓ Elite Combination package (Want me as your emcee AND your coordinator?) Due to high demand, there are only 10 dates available per calendar year for this special limited offering. This allows our team to serve our dear couples with/ the utmost attention and care that their day requires.

✓ Micro ceremony officiant (For a guest list of 15 people and under)

✓ Virtual wedding consultation session - We provide hourly event planning consultations, starting with as little as one hour w/ Khanh. This option is particularly suitable for smaller events where you require only minimal assistance, or if you find yourself in a discovery phase, researching options before making a commitment to an event planner.
