WEDDINGS OUTSIDE OF SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA: HERE ARE THE DEETS
I love having the opportunity to serve clients near and far. Whether you’re planning a wedding in Texas or in France, I am more than willing to accommodate your destination wedding needs wherever it may take me.
Bay Area, California (San Francisco, San Jose, Monterrey)
All packages include a complimentary consultation, final planning appointment, unlimited email communication, and 4 hours of coverage. Here is a breakdown of items that you will cover:
2) Baggage fees (if not included in the booking)
3) Hotel accommodation local to the wedding venue
4) Rental car (for the full event day) or Uber/Lyft rides
5) Vendor meal for the day of the event
Who books the flights? I can book my flight but if you’d like to use your travel mile points and book those flights on your own, all I ask is for you to send me my flight information ahead of time just so that I can pre-approve the details (flight times, transfers, layovers, etc.).
How much is the deposit? A 75% deposit of your travel package is due upon booking in order for me to reserve your date. The remaining is due at our final appointment.
What about other travel expenses? Travel costs will laid out in an itemized invoice for you.
